MatMaster by PDPI

Production Design Products, Inc. introduced MatMaster, its newest mat rolling machine at Clean 2011 in Las Vegas. This new generation of mat roller features automatic delivery to an accumulator, bin container, or conveyor. Instead of returning to the operator, rolled mats automatically move to the next operation, increasing productivity and reducing labor.

MatMaster addresses safety concerns with a built-in photoelectric sensor (for instant shutoff) and a single belt roller bed (no pinch points) both included as standard features. [read more]

Mat Roller with Automatic Delivery

This new generation of mat roller features automatic delivery to an accumulator, bin container, or conveyor. Instead of returning to the operator, rolled mats automatically move to the next operation, increasing productivity and reducing labor.

MatMaster addresses safety concerns with a built-in photoelectric sensor (for instant shutoff) and a single belt roller bed (no pinch points) both included as standard features. The machine loads carpet-side up for visual inspection and rolls carpet-side out for easiest sorting and storage. The center core diameter of rolled mats averages 1-2 inches, providing a sturdy core. The machine is rated at a production capacity of 300 to 500 mats per hour and is available in two sizes to accommodate mats up to 4 feet in width or up to 6 feet in width. [WATCH VIDEO]
